Very good communication with company,delivery and collection. CPM machine wasn't new and appeared well used with a slight split in one of the pads and a little grubby.
Hired machine following MUA as my knee bend was only 65 degrees after TKR upto 10 weeks. Scar tissue healed too quickly. Was recommended to use a CPM machine by physiotherapists. This was my lifeline for 5 weeks in conjunction with other excersises. I'm now 115 degrees.
I only wished I knew earlier following TKR to use it straight away which would have saved me having to have an MUA 12 weeks later! If I ever need another knee operation I would certainly hire one immediately. Annoyed private hospital never mentioned a CPM machine as I had never heard of it.

This is the second time I have hired the CPM. 3 years ago I had a total new right knee replacement and the machine was recommended to me, I had it for 5 weeks and it helped me so much, so 5 weeks ago I had my left knee replaced and without any hesitation I rang up and spoke to Susi and arrange to hire again. She was so helpful and ordering was so easy. Once the CPM arrived I was on it three/four times a day so I could then do all my manual exercises in between with out to much pain and discomfort, without this machine it would have taken me much longer to recover and so much more painful. The collection was once again so easy to do. Thank you Susi and all the staff for everything .

I hired the CPM machine after my total knee replacement. Initially it was hard as very painful but gradually after warming up gently it got easier. I loved the control of the machine and the consistency. It definitely helped speed up my recovery that after 4 weeks I didn't need it anymore as I could move more than the machine. Highly recommended. Staff were very helpful. Informative and friendly. Good value as well.

I found Phoenix Healthcare by Googling. I couldn't have been happier with the service, which is friendly and efficient. Susi arranged delivery of my CPM machine a day early in case it got delayed in the Christmas post, and the fifth free week gave me peace of mind. 6 hours a day for 4 weeks on the machine post my MUA was mind-numbing but it has worked and I have a good bend again post TKR. Delivery and collection was really easy and setting up the machine a breeze. Would definitely recommend if you are in the unfortunate position of needing this equipment.
